Our olive oil is a 100% organic, extra virgin blend made from Oliva di Gaeta olives, harvested by hand in early November and cold-pressed the same day to preserve freshness. Bottled in dark glass and stored in our cool cave, each 750ml bottle reflects the care, tradition, and local collaboration behind Luce sul Lago.
